Anyone know about propellers?
20 horse motor pushing fatbutts through mud and generally just poking along (no high speed getting out of the hole required).
10 1/4 x 10 ??
10 1/4 x 11 ??
Both are the same price but which is a duck hunting prop?

Propeller Selection??
Booger you want see a difference in a 10 pitch verses a 11 pitch and unless one cost more than the other it won't make a difference that is worth worrying about.
Grab one and go hunting.
Hope you have a good season this year and thanks for your input on getting back our 9 days on that other damn site.

Propeller Selection??
I know from our fishin boat prop that the smaller prop pitch the higher RPM's. Higher pitch lower RPMS and more torq. This is also on a 200 hp. But it seems logical that this would hold true for a duck boat.
Propeller Selection??
Yes, thanks, I'll go with the 10 1/4 x 11, more torque, correct?
There is still confusion and mis-representation about the 9 days but I'm slap wore out on that subject.

Propeller Selection??
hey, booger,u gonna be huntin up this way any?Give me a yell and maybe we can get together on the river. She should be rising fast now with all the rain we're getting right now.By the way,if you come up,you guys be careful.A couple twisters went up through there during the summer and kinda made a mess of things. With the high water, you might be able to get through though.Take care

here's something to think about too. they make 2 and 3 blade props. What's the difference you ask? Well, I am not sure. Someone told me one was for speed and the other was for power, but which was for what I don't know.
Propeller Selection??
Yes I'm married to best fatt-butt you've ever seen, she even lets me hunt all day December 25th and 26th but she ain't getting in no cold ass duck boat When the ice storm hit Arkansas I threw all my crap in the truck and left for Arkansas. She made sandwichs, gotta love that.
I've got to haul my fat-ass buddies around AND their fat-ass dog(s).
GH2000, I may get up that way but until the boundaries are better marked or I figure it out, I'm leery of hunting the "good" spot's that I've scouted. The man made small impoundment (east side) is about as far as I've gone. About two miles maybe? It's hard to tell with all the twist's and turns.
Dutch Dog; I dunno about a two bladed prop, never seen one but that don't mean much.
