I looked at this material very briefly and have no idea whether it's a bad thing or not. I did notice that there is a provision allowing ten or more interested people to request a hearing on the proposed regulations. If what the MDWFP is taking actions adverse to your present way of hunting, you might want to try to get enough people together to challenge it.

I don't hunt waterfowl on public land but certainly wouldn't want to see regulations that would hurt hunting on public areas. Sounds like you better try to get some support for your position together and request a hearing. That strategy is the one most likely to produce a positive outcome.

Your attitude is exacly the problem here. when the higher ups in AR want to do something like this the citizens show up in mass to protest your roll over and take it atttitude is exacly why the MSDWF&P can do whatever they want to. I sure am glad you were not around in 1776 we would still be honoring the queen. Only one of two sets of people would have the position that you do.

2. You are one of the people asking for this decision to be made.

If you are either, you do not have the publics intrest first. My guess is you have access to private land out there and would like to see it a draw to make your hunting better. Either way its a chittty way of thinking and selfish as hell. But as most of the elitest think around this neck of the woods " to hell with everybody else " right as long as I get what I want I dont care about anyone else.

That seems to be the main problem here.

Just to give you a little info bud, I havent hunted the public land on the scatters in years. But I dam sure want to have the choice if I wake up and want to go.

You think about it, You loose all daddy's money in the stock market, get sued, loose all your buddies, loose your job whatever, if you couldnt hunt private land anymore, do you want to look around and not be able to hunt anywhere?

This is the second place within a 50 mile square radius that has gone to a draw within 3 years whats next?
