Well it depends on what you like..

Some I have are

Sportscenter ( which I think you have already)
GYM abc ( is you like weightlifting and things like that, this has good information )
Pandora ( if you like Music)
Kids have games on there like:
hoops lite
checkers
air Hockey
table tennis and others

I use weather channel
App box pro ( which gives you more apps)
Google Earth

Knock video is the best.

You can see live video from other folks iphone. Say you're in the duck blind and your buddy is at home. You can contact him and he can watch a live video of the hunt. Best thing is that it's free

The only one i have purchased is Checkbook. Which is great to keep up with my debit transactions.

As far as free ones that are good to have.
The weather channel - free weather
pandora - free music, get a charger that has a fm transmitter and you basically have commercial free radio
units - great for converting wieghts, fluids, etc..
yellowpages - free phone directory
free wifi - great for locating places if your signal strenght is low and you need to email something big.
emergency - great if you break down in the middle of know where, you can send your gps cord by email after you call somebody that has a gps to come get you.
gasbag - lets you see the gas prices around town.

as far as fun apps
fluid - fun time killer
iburn - fun time killer
fake caller - would be great to have if a blind date is going bad. Set it to call 30 min into a date, lol.
ifart and atomic fart - as if you have to ask,
annoyateen - great if your over 30 as you cant hear the tone.
gunapp - fun time killer and great for when your stuck in traffic
