Well ya'll thought I would give the northern report for ya during Thanksgiving. Finised the hardest legs of the moving trip, and am now sitting in W. Central Illinois. It's pretty dang cold up here at night, about 20 however only been that way for a few nights. Don't know if we got the big push or not, I would suspect it will have to get colder for longer to get a big push, but it's a start nonthlesss. I have seen a few geese headed south, but the duck activity has been slow. Well That's about it, I'll re update when I get home on Friday, Jack, DosGris and Anatidae don't shoot em all on me before I get back.

boy it was a heck of a change goin' from Ill back to LA. Cool and windy when I flew out of Ill and hot and muggy when I got back home. I much prefer the cool and windy. Anyways it still anit mega cold to get that big push. At least not in N. Illinois. We had one day of 20 degree tems and then back to highs in the 50's. Then when leavin today a mini front was on it's way then supposed to be followed by a big front. Dont' know hope we get some good weather soon though as I want some more birds! That's the closin' report from up north.
