My workout partners are Chris White and Kj Wright...They are basically my children and can be a handful at times but after the runs and lifts they know who their father is

I got a question for all of you guys doing all of this running. What is chasing you and why can't you just shoot it?

Obesity, shooting it just makes it mad. I don't plan on going back.
