+1. ate there not too long ago and it was great food and a good atmosphere.

Mama Hammil's in Madison is another southern style buffet that is good.

And this is the best advice anyone has given so far. Just get there at or before about 11:30 or its packed.

My must eats when I go back to Jackson are
Beatie St Grocery - Get the Beatie Burger
Keifers - Pretty much any of the pita wraps are good (pita motz and/or hummus for an app)
Nagoya Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi - the Nagoya roll is the BOMB!!!! even if you don't like sushi, you'll like this.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

absolutely - gotta go to keifers (by baptist on poplar or downtown on capital) for hummus, gyro & potato slabs dipped in feta sauce!
nagoya roll - i can make myself sick on those, never had anything quite like it
my wife has to stop at newk's for a grilled pimento cheese sandwich and country caviar (black eyed pea salad)
beagle bagel for breakfast
Experience is a freakin' awesome teacher...
