You coulda got a pretty quick limit out of that second picture outdoorsms. Would've taken one shot as close as they were swimming in a line.

You are correct.
That is shot hitting the bird.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

On closer observation, it looks like two more on the neck.
