The state of mississippi declared hogs an yotes nuisance when the new regs were released, permit is only required in the month of feb. Im done it is wrote in black an white on the release.

that is not true the state declares them a nusience already you can hunt the anytime you want on private land except during turkey season were you can only hunt at night and cant enter the woods till 9p.m and must be out by 4a.m. PS you can only run hog dogs on management land during the month of february

Yeah. I read all the info on the MDWFP website and there seems to be conflicting info. That is why I posted the question, but there seems to be conflicting opinions on here too. I figured with all the people on this site at least one person would have gotten one of these permits before.
