The Great Oklahoma!

Postby JakeS » Wed Dec 23, 2009 10:12 am

I'm not sure if I've ever posted on the ducksouth photog forum..

Here's some pictures from NW Oklahoma from Thanksgiving. Me and my dad got to the house at 2, he went straight to a isolated island thats about 100 acres that has the Salt Fork River surrounding it. At 5 me and my grandpa get the phone call that he shot one, and he told me it would have to be a booner this year before he pulled the trigger. Not quite a booner, but a fine animal, the deer was 6.5.

Gotta love the great state of Oklahoma!

For some reason I cant pull up the pics. IM from OKlahoma and think I know the area of where you were at...I posted some pics on here that my cousins and a couple buddies shot in last year and this year's deer season. They are further West of where you were at though. Good duck hunting and damned good fishing up your way! We used to slay the slab Crappie...
I may go to Heaven, or I may go to hell....But one thing is for certain..It'll be after Duck season!!
