need some help

I lost the reed end of my favorite RNT call in the field. I have looked at there web site and can't find anything on ordering parts or whatever. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Just mail it to them and they will fix it either free or for a minimum charge

You lost the entire insert? Bummer. RNT will make you a new one if you send them the barrel. I forget what they charge for that service.

send it back to RNT, and get ya a lanyard with double loops, there are several guys on here that make'm

I sent in an original acrylic, insert was $45 bucks
