leasing question

leasing question

Wonderig if anybody could give some input on what is reasonable pricing per acre for leases in the GTR area?

depends on the land and who you lease from ie: pine, hardwood, cutover, river front etc...
Life is to short to only fish on weekends

what he said..... depends on how nice the guy is too. we found a guy from bama that let us pay his land taxes everyyear and turned the property keys over to us.... 200 acres.... first year in four i didnt do it..... killed several good bucks off it... three got mounted.

Just looking for typical price per acre in that area for mixed hardwoods/pine. (200-400 acre tracts)

Here is Winston County, Louisville, at our club we are paying $6-8 per acre, but I know of some land in Winston County that was leased for $10-14 per acre.
