Wow Wee LSU!

It was many eras that all SEC fans should take note at this game....forgot who played but focus on the stripes...i was right there..........Ole Miss led in all categories except passing and they would have except for LSU hail mary pass. Because of couple of Unjustifiable calls from REFS ....flat kept LSU in the game.....1sec left on clock was an absolute JOKE..even the clock ref could not get it right..........I'm sorry guys for bittching even though we won but it was diasterous to think at this level SEC officiating is a joke.............Makes one also wonder because if LSU won, there would have been 3 SEC BCS teams....millions of $$$ were lost because Rebs won....with correct officiatiing this game would not have even been close......

Ole Miss was ripped off by the refs. It should not have even been close. Even my rabid MSU homer hunting buddies agreed with that one. SEC refs sure are trying to protect the ranked teams late in the year this season.

No doubt the refs did everything in their power to keep LSU in the game. Ole Miss dominated the stata and should have dominated the scoreboard as well. I'll take it though, any win over the Corndogs is a good win!

The refs roughed up ole miss the 1st half but that deboggle in the final seconds of the game was mind blowing to watch. All of the options, and they took the worst one? I would rather seen the QB take the ball and try to run around the corner than what he did. Waited 11 seconds to call a time out?????? Didn't have the kicker ready in case the hail mary worked? That was just an unbelievable example of very poor coaching.

What's a deboggle...?? How about a Debacle...

I think you answered your own question. We've all seen the Florida/Ark game with the phantom yard and the ridiculous personal foul which ended up in a suspended ref crew but it just keeps happening. Wouldn't be surprised if this is something coming from the commisioners office itself Doesn't half of the SEC bowl money go into their budget to distribute/use as they wish? Just saying.

How about the dive into the endzone with a LSU player right on his heels? That one cost 15 yards and made the FG much easier to block.

Or the ref standing over the ball, after the Hail Mary was completed, for about 20 seconds while LSU got ready to get another play off. The clock is supposed to start as soon as the ball is spotted and the ref signals it ready for play. He just stood there for a good 20 seconds, then the clock didn't start until the snap. The ball should have never even been snapped.

SEC tactics need some real scrutiny and who can make that happen? But no matter what the refs did, LSU just dumped that win at the very end of the game.

Deboggle is a mispelled word that is more fun to say and does the exact same job as the real one, plus gives the spelling bee champions a say in the conversation.
