Bowflex home gym?
Anybody on here got one? If so, how does a workout on it compare vs. dumbells & free weights? Any quality issues with the equipment?
All I know is... A wise rooster don't bury his head when a chicken hawk is around...he keeps his eyes on his chickens
Dude...Why'd you make the homeless guy pay for supper?

Works great when you use it for something besides a clothes hanger, that's what mine has been transformed to.
I have the Ultimate Home Gym II, and felt great when I used it better than in years, just have gotten to sorry to use it any more.
Wife wants me to sell it if you are interested pm.

Re: Bowflex home gym?
Honestly, I've got the Bowflex Powerpro and used it religously for a year and a half and quit because of a I injured my arm moving a gun safe to my second floor. I don't really know how to say this. It does a good job, and I was seeing improvements in my strength. I just wasn't seeing improvements in my physique even on a strict diet, and adding cardio. When my wife and I would go out of town to a hotel, I would use the hotel gym. I felt like I got a better workout using free weights and weighted machines. I'm not going to get rid of my bowflex, because I like the fact that it stores well, and weighs very little. I think you would see better results from other systems.
