After talking to The dept of Wildlife this morning I've got the skinny on the HP Restrictions.

This is done on a WMA Specific basis. Malmaison was one of the one's this year that DOES have the restriction. Most of the WMA DO NOT have the law. He says this is specific to each WMA. So you will have to read the regs for each WMA becasue they are all different....
