My girlfriend got Howard Miller Jan 14th, and my buddy got Howard Miller Jan 21st. I didnt get shiat. Those of you who have hunted HM gimme some info. Is there a dry spot for a layout blind in most of those units? Any info would be appreciated.

a layout with a tub would be my recomendation, or you could just put them on the levee's and hope for the best. big units with knee deep water in most spots. i dont know where you live but checking it out and making your decision would be the best. it would suck to take someones advice and show up with the totally wrong setup.

I've hunted it in past years. It can be a decent hunt. Access can be limited sometimes if it is flooded.

I might see you there. My buddy got drawn for the same day, but I got drawn for Noxubee on that day too. We'll just make the call on where to go I guess.

Me too. Hunted last year for the first time and had a great hunt. Superbly managed area best I can tell.
