300 Gadwall/ 50 Greenheads

My new little lease near the Big Branch Marsh close to Slidell, LA has got em pretty thick. I was brushing the blind on Sunday afternoon and the Gadwall just kept dropping into our pond and the others around us. It oughta be good this weekend for the east zone opener.

Hope that the birds stay put and that you have a good hunt. The birds were at the mouth of the Pearl on Wednesday (or so they say), but were gone on Saturday. They will be back, sooner or later they will be there. Jack

glad to hear it laduck. My buddies were starting to call bs on me with my reports from the delta. I guess our holes are just better than theirs...
