im new to duck huntin and live in south miss. on our club we have several dead lakes and small sloughs along the river. what would be best to plant? some of the sloughs get up a coulpe of feet after a flood. some of the dead lakes are surrounded by cyress and some just mud flats around em? i wanna plant somethin to keep the woodies there and attract a few more? thanks

This late in the game Jap millet is going to be your best bet!!

That far south and just for woodies, find the biggest oak tree leaning over a slough and sit under it first thing in the morning and get ready.
