Prayers for Dad

Guys, our family would appreciate your prayers for my Dad who is currently in ICU in Memphis following surgery yesterday. He had an ulcerated carotid artery repaired yesterday but has had a painful recovery thus far. He didn't sleep much, if any, last night because of the pain and nausea. We are praying for a quick, pain-free, and complete recovery.

This is tough seeing Dad in such pain and discomfort and knowing my Mom has to be exhausted. The Lord is truly in charge, though, so our family is resting in Him.

prayers sent...my girlfriends mom was up that way 2 weeks ago for some heart surgery. Not much fun
