All you tall rascals out there...I need help.

Ya'll helped Scooter find his boy some waders...Now, I got a boy I'm trying to refit for the season..I've been working on it all summer, too. He's finally wanting to hunt with me again after going off to college and chasing women for two years! Trouble is, he's grown a bit in those two years; he is 6'7" and weighs 250. He tried on his old waders and the crotch struck him at about the knees. Who of you is tall like that and has a good pair of waders that fit well? I've got enough tall clothes; having a hard time finding "Tall" waders, though.

I know the Lacrosse "King" size fit my buddy real well and he's 6'8"., Don't confuse these with the big man size.
He bought his at Macks a few months back.
Hope this helps,

I've got a pair of DU brand chest waders, with a size 12 1/2 boot that's been worn one season. I figure he wears a bigger boot than that, but if not I'll give them to ya.
They're not neopreme, they're canvas.

Thanks, Beetle, but he wears a 13 boot, so I'm looking for a 14. I can report to you that once a foot goes over a size 12, the cost goes way up on boots and shoes! If he grows any more, he'll have to go to a cross roads just to turn around! I do have a basketball player at my high school who wears a size 18! You ought to see those things!

If he's that tall he don't need waders! Heck, a pair of knee boots should keep him dry in 4-5ft of water!

Crow:

Believe me, I know the feeling. I am 6'7" 250lbs also. I usually hunt with 3.5mm Hodgeman waders that I picked up in Jackson at Surplus City. They are size 14-tall. I think I paid around $140 or so for them. If it is really cold I use my 5mm Rockys in a size 14. They are not talls, but fit fairly well. I picked them up at the Rocky Outlet at Mossy Oak, but they are out of business now. If I were you, I would try Surplus City. They usually have the bigger sizes.
