Where's our State Stamp money going?

Any of ya'll thought about exactly where our state stamp money is going?
Over the years with the influx of all of these new duck stamp purchases have ya'll seen or heard of any new wma's being opened? Have the existing wma's been enhanced? More duck stamp dollars should exactly mirror what the public gets in waterfowl hunting opportunity in this state....Ms. stamp money should only be used for waterfowl impoundments for public hunting opportunities...Personally, I haven't heard of any new places in the works nor have I seen anything out of the ordinary happening to improve hunting opportunities on existing wma's. I just wanted to know what ya'll think about this topic....

DU canada got 50,000.00 DU US got 45,000.00 of MS state duck stamp money.

There's also a huge pot of money sitting in some bank account collecting interest. ( at least I hope it's collecting interest ) This money could and more importantly should be used for improvements and such in WMA's.

Webfoot posted an article about this subject last fall. I don't think it ever got much interest though.
