Had this happen to my father in law 2 years ago. We took it to the gunsmith, and he said just muscling it out would mess up the the choke and possibly the barrel. Tried soaking in PB Blaster, and that didn't cut it.
Here's what finally worked: take the PB Blaster and put it in your freezer in an old coffee tin, fill it up a good ways, at least to cover the choke. Let it sit in the freezer a while 'till it gets good and cold. Several hours or more. Then boil a big pot of water, to a rolling boil. Take the barrel off of the gun, and stick it in the boiling water for a short amount of time (until the barrel gets good and hot). Then take it out and immediately dunk it in the PB Blaster, this causes a suction in the choke threads and will pull the PB Blaster into the threads. Then you should be able to get the choke out. As a result of this I always make sure I've got choke tube lube on all of my chokes when I put them in now.

It's neither the gun nor the chokes. they make a tool with a bolt inside a big thick rubber tube that expands as the bolt is tightened. If your lucky, it'll come out without hurting your barrel or gun or both. Took mine to a gunsmith and he finally got em out only damaging teh chokes. It was at this time that I became keenly aware and now use unfailingly a product called "tube grease". No more problemos with stuck chokes.

Everyone has they're own opinion about what the problem is and how to fix it, so here is mine.
When you shoot steel shot in a full choke, the steel shot doesn't have give to it like lead does, and the steel going through that tight of a choke that is that thin unlike a turkey choke causes the choke to expand inside the barrel. The pb blaster is awsome stuff but to ease the process without tearing up everything you got, you should apply a small amount of heat to the barrel. Sometimes it takes a little and sometimes it takes alot.
A peice of scrap leather works best in the vise, and helps keep it from slipping. You can put some vise grips on your choke tube wrench to help matters also(like burning your fingers).
If your still having trouble give me a call.

Here is the info on Kroil/SiliKroil. Used it on jet aircraft for years. Still use it. Like it better than PB. You have to order it from the factory. (reason you've probably never seen or heard of it) Here is the URL.

It isn't the cheapest, but it sure is good.
