Bigwater, you ever watch channel 3 when they do the stories about folks, usually its involves a black individual that the city hasnt done something right to thme, then the next night the story of the 3 on your side the city has fixed the problem whatever it is. Anyway, a white guy had a problem with sink holes and rats since it was falling into a city sewer drain about 2 months ago. Anyway the black nieghbor chimes in the next night and lo and behold the city was on it the next day. Dont think they fixed it, but still. The point was, have 3 on your side to do a story, but since your are not black, nevermind it wont do no good,
The police know about these individuals, they know what they are up to, unless they do undercover work, which basically what guy wants to do that kind of undercover work.
