Recomendations on places to stay in Destin

Postby mshunter77 » Tue Mar 03, 2009 1:49 pm

Anyone have any recommendations on a nice place to stay in destin, gulf shores or anywhere like that. Looking for something for a honeymoon so would like to find something a little more low key than the big condos. I figured some of you may have been to some places like that.

Seaside Honeymoon cottages or Watercolor Inn/Watercolor Condos. They are both great places and on the beach and close to Destin.

i tell you whats real secluded, but you probably would have to rent a beach house, is Fort Morgan.

Look at some of the Bed and Breakfasts in Orange Beach. They are nice.

It is not until next may, I was just really bored today and started looking at different things to get ideas of places and prices. It will be the first of may so it will be before most places start charging for the peak season so that is good. How is life in MO.

haha, thanks but that is a little out of my price range, she would probably slap the taste out of my mouth if I spent 6k on a condo.

What's great is you can buy those $4M condos right now for $500,000 left and right down there.
