ticos steak has never impressed me. I think I can find 5-7 better filets in this town - esp shapleys. Get a hot plate, melt butter on it, drop raw steak on it - there, you have a ticos steak (throw under broiler for medium or more). and the sides are all pre-made sysco.

Can you list the other 4-6 places? I want to try them if they are better than Ticos. And sorry to arue with you but their sides are not sysco. They make them all, I know that to be fact.

I haven't eaten at Eldorado in several years. about 5 or 6 years as I think about it. When I did it was much better than Ticos. I hate to hear it has gone down hill.

Tico's..... I got the large filet... she got the small filet... Both steaks were cooked to perfection... very tender piece of meat...Awesome taste.... Potato was perfect as well as the appetizer.... Very pleased... Service was off the hook too.

I'd go back for seconds.

RDB, I told you. Tico's gets an A+ in my opinion. Everytime I have been it has blown everything else I have been to in Jxn out of the water (steak wise). There are a few more places I would like to try their steaks though like Walkers, Char and R. Chris.

I have had better service at burger king than my wife and I had at Shapley's.
