Last day ahead of the hounds.

Postby duckbuster330 » Thu Jan 29, 2009 12:00 pm

Got this one the last day of gun season running dogs. I know its not a monster, but for wayne county and ahead of dogs he is pretty good to me and my best so far. He is a main frame eight with two stickers on his left base, one on the right base and a sticker about 1" long coming off the back of his left beam.

How many contiguous acres do you own or lease to be able to keep your dogs from getting on someone else... :?: Just wondering cause I would think it would have to be alot...

private and lease land. havent hunted desoto in 16 years. We have right at 4,000 acres that the club hunts. And most of the other surrounding property owners are in the club are want us to come in and thin a few out for them. and there are 4 other clubs that connect to us that are all dog hunting clubs also. this deer never left a 300 acre tract in over an hour. 1 beagle was running him. should have read ahead of the hound :D
