Federal Flight Control?

Has anyone seen any of these shells? Walmart around the house here doesn't have them, and they're not on basspro.com......just wondering if something was up with them.....I shot them last year and would like to get me another box....thanks

Garys pawn and gun in westpoint and columbus ms usually carries those.
