got mine 9 years ago in Morehouse Parish in a rice field pit blind. It was my 10th band in 6 years and I haven't so much as touched one since.

I have the same verse on mine as yours. Was on a 5 year old green head.

My buddy Curt Presley of Clarksdale shot a black duck with a Jack Miner band about 12 years ago, his first band. He left the Law profession and is now the minister at Christ Presbyterian Church in Oxford. Not sure if the two events are related...Drop in and have a cuppa coffee with the "Reverend Bubba," and he'll know who you've been talking to.
