Awright! I've been nice long enough! You boys do realize that Eli graduates this year don't you! Yee gads, you boys can't even decide whether y'all are Rebels or Rejects...your Chancellor done kicked Col. Rebel off the field! Let you win a couple of games, and look at you! Well, it ain't over! We ain't whupped, we're just waitin' to reload and recommense!

You boys had a good season, and you deserve one! Hats off until next year. One thing you can count on...the Dawgs will be back and we will kick your butt next year...well, it may take us til the year after next! But, I'll be ringing my cowbell no matter what, and the Dawgs will have their day again! So, go on and get your bragging in now...'cause the Dawgs are coming back!

Yawn. Heard that at the beginning of this year, too. Manning isn't the whole team, ya know.

Funny how you don't read that "Fant is better than Manning" trash any more.

If Fant had all of those "hunting camp" recruits on the offensive line like Manning does then MAYBE Fant would have had a better showing. When those lineman were young Manning couldn't do anything his first couple of years. In fact, the only reason Mississippi is doing this well today is the turn around made by the defense this fall. Manning scoring 50 a game was never a sure-fire win his whole career but when the defense turned around, UManning turned it around in the won/loss column. Manning is a good QB (not great) but the Mississippi defense allowed him to be better this year and THAT is the reason Mississippi did so well this year.

I would like to congratulate Mississippi on a great season and also on still being the ONLY team in the Western Division to have never gone to the SEC Championship game!

Eli & Deuce playing on the same team. that would be interesting.... at least Archie would not have to travel far to see him play on Sunday.

ESPN Classic had several old Miss State / Ole Miss games on yesterday. Tubberville coaching on the sidelines. Big ole lard butt linemen for State. Avery running the ball for Ole Miss. It was interesting to see how much the game has changed in just a couple of years.
Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.
