From what I just heard from SST radio........looks like LSU will need to be looking for a new offensive coordinator because it's pretty much a done deal........Jimbo Fisher to become the HC at MSU.

8) OLE MISS 27

LSU 21

I won't be there, cause I am taking the family to Disney World. I'll be watching the game with Mickey Mouse.......
We have had 2 weeks to prepare for this game and the Rebs will be healthy and ready for the challenge. I know that we have squeaked out a few games, but if not for a couple of dropped passes earlier in the year
we would be undefeated overall. I know Auburn had the game won if
Obomanu catches the ball for the touchdown, but we would have beat Memphis if Biddle would have caught the one he dropped.
That's football.....................
This will be LSU's 1st trip to Oxford since the addition to the stadium --
It is loud!!!!!!!!!!!! -- The crowd won the game against Florida last year and I believe the crowd will be a big factor in this game.

Geaux Tigers, but I am worried, we have been on one heck of a roll lately and sure hope this isn't the bump in the road. Mabye we can do what we did to Archie in '70 to give Eli a good going out present.

WOW!

My hat is definitely off to the Ole Miss Rebels and their performance Saturday night. Their defense put up a tremendous effort! Was a good game to watch, from a defensive standpoint.

BTW, I really don't like Ole Miss, so this was a hard post to write.

    Bourbon----it was a nail biter, man I am kinda worried about arkansas now :? nawwwww!!!!!! Everything is going down to the wire though; the way it ought to be. Michigan won their game now all we need is just one more slip from someone to make it a sure thing. Hopefully we won't need it though. 8)

Boy that sure was one heck of a nerve racking game. I don't know if either team deserved to loose. Gotta suck to have such a good kicker go in the tank in when you all needed him so bad. Well time to get ready for Arkansas, hunt in the am then straight to Death Valley after that.

You are right Jeff. Be around Hermitage in the am, then on to the TUB (our tailgating bus). Come see us in the old ostrich farm parking lot, by the Forestry Building.

Yeah, it was a tough game to lose. Not to take anything away from LSU, but we just flat-out LOST that game. I am very disappointed in the offensive coordinator's performance, Nichols' performance, and Eli's performance. LSU's D was very strong, but there were plenty of opportunities to pick up yards/points. I hate to say it, but both Eli and Nichols choked. You could see it in Eli's footwork and rythm (or lack thereof) that he was scared of the Defense and he wasn't throwing the ball like he had all year.

I feel like it wasn't fair to our Defense that we lost that game. They played like champions.

I must also say that I had more than one bad experience with LSU fans. I assume (sure hope) that none of you LSU guys here on the board were standing in the top of the student section to the right of the cameras. Those guys were the biggest jerks I have ever been around in my entire life. Now, I know us Ole Miss fans can get rowdy and obnoxious, but these guys topped the cake. I will try and keep their behaviors from further influencing my "extreme dislike" towards LSU.

MAG,

Sorry you had to experience the 10% of the fans that act like idiots. I wonder if half of them even finished high school. If you are ever in Baton Rouge for a game, come by our tailgate and we will show you how true Tiger fans behave.

I had a bad experience in Oxford a couple of years ago and swore I would never go back. I know every school has the obnoxious fans, so I won't hold it against all Ole Miss fans.

Good luck the rest of the year. GO SEC!
