Who hangs them from their horns? I would be scared they would fall off. I was draging one out by its horns one time and the horn fell off in my hand.

You duck hunters sure know how to do it!!!!!

Wondering the same and have seen a antler come off in a guys hand too. Kinda ruins your day.

Growing up I did not know there was any other way to do it......not by the horns but we did hang them by the neck to skin em

Horn typically start falling off in hunters hand towards the later part of the season but that is a dumb way to hang a deer in my opinion. (must be an Arky thang)

And why would you hang him to begin with?
That whole deer would go to the Taxi to be skinned properly for the full body mount.
