The versatility of goose shells...

Postby Wingman » Mon Nov 10, 2003 8:24 pm

or "tacos" as Lilly calls them!

We discovered tonight that my brand-new Higdon speck shells are the perfect size to hold baby dolls

Oh, now I look in the living room and she has 4 shells on the floor, inverted, and each is holding a baby.

Man, I need a little boy in the worst way.

Anybody else have daughters that do this?

Yeah Wingman, I've got 3 daughters. Ages: 4, 2, 6 mos. Everything in my house is pink. All I need is some waders with lace on them for my girls and a vanity in the blind.

Duck'nrev, 4 women in the house! Have you considered that, when the girls are teenagers, what the chances will be that at least one of them will have PMS all the time?! better be strong, man! I have a daughter who will be 18 next week. She has been a real blessing, a great kid, does most things just right. But, I can share with you that the senior year is God's way of making letting go easier!

DucknRev, I hear ya man. I have three girls too. The first time I took my oldest duck hunting (she was 6), as soon as she walked into the blind and saw the leaves scattered all over the floor. She says "You need to clean up and I gonna tell momma." My youngest is 18 mths and I gave up on the son thing, will be going under the knife soon so the wife can not tempt me with the "don't you want to have a son" again. Love em with all my heart even if I do have to sweep the duck blind before the come down.

Well my daughter fixin to be twelve she came up with a rod and reel in one hand and a rifle in the other. Don't thinks girls can't do it too. I would hate to get in serious long range shooting contest with her. She's killed 9 deer and all but one have been over 250yds. and "NEVER" missed. Wish I could say that!!!!! Wouldn't trade her for a dozen sons

Wow, this is what I get to look forward too! I just found out the twins are both girls. Looks like I better get used to being outnumbered, I'll be the only male in the house, twin daughters, my wife and two female labs, I think I'm gonna have to get used to pink, at least until they get old enough for camo! Woohoooo this is gonna be fun!

Hey for you guys that have girls. Here is a warning. If they ever say that they are gonna go out with any of these three, make her stay home.

1. Gavan Lake McQuary (had to have a little Nascar in the fam..Lake Speed)
2. Denver Cade McQuary (shows you my love for the Broncos)
3. Parker Sutton McQuary (a little golf..Hal Sutton, the man looks like a Cro-magnon and plays golf so I gotta love him)

They are all a bunch of hooligans that can tear up an anvil with a rubber hammer.

My two aren't due until April, but already have a years worth of clothing, and room full of toys  I guess that comes with being the first grandchildren on both sides :D

Randy - I've already put the request in for a matching set of O/U's with sequential serial numbers, she says the girls won't be ready to use them for quite a few years, but I think we need to go ahead and get 'em so they'll open easier when they first start out!!!
