i hear these predictions, but honestly people where are you seeing the tigers manufacturing all of these points? We all know their quarterback sux and the points more than likely won't be coming through the air... just trying to see how you guys arrived at your predictions...

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day
Re: Ole Miss v. LSU Predictions
Actually, scoring points hasn't been our QBs problem. Scoring points for the other team has. We have averaged scored over 30 points in almost every game this year. I realize that doesn't seem right, but look up the schedules and the scores.

LSU has averaged about 34 for the last two seasons with Gary Crowton at OC and average about 31 this year, maybe more after this past week...I have not checked. They have scored at least 21 points in every game that Gary Crowton has been the OC and I think they have a streak of around 35 games in which they scored at least 21 points.
Lee has struggled with interceptions, but he has also thrown for 14 or 15 TDs, and did not start the first three games of the year. LSU also has Charles Scott who has right at 1100 yards rushing on the year. All three of their starting receivers will play on Sundays and will most likely be high draft picks as well as the tightend.
They can score. My concern with Ole Miss is the defense and the idiot co-DCs being able to slow down the rebels. If the defense plays like they did against Bama, LSU wins this game. LSU has more talent, but I would give the coaching advantage to Ole Miss right now.
It should be a great game.
Note: Watch for LSU to test the Ole Miss deep pass defense. Lee is horrible at reading coverage but has a cannon arm and throws a great deep ball. If he has time to throw the deep ball, LSU will win in my opinion. They finally figured this out last week and it resulted in a 30 point QUARTER for LSU.

Re: Ole Miss v. LSU Predictions
Thats a big "if" I don't see Lee having much time to throw as Ole Miss will blitz every other down.
Will be a good game, and I think it comes down to turnovers, which both teams have had a problem with.

Re: Ole Miss v. LSU Predictions
Here are some stats:
Scoring Offense:
#2 LSU - 32.1 ppg
#5 OM - 29.4 ppg
Scoring Defense:
#7 OM - 20.0 ppg
#11 LSU - 24.9 ppg (somewhat misleading of the LSU defense in that 7 TDs have been directly given up by the LSU QB and I think an additional 30 or so points have resulted from INTs as well). LSU giving up 51 to Florida and 52 to UGA (17 points directly linked to INTs) hurts this category, but it happened so you must count it.
Total Offense:
#3 LSU - 418 ypg
#4 OM - 391 ypg
Total Defense:
#8 LSU - 311.1 ypg
#11 OM - 328.8 ypg
In many ways, these teams are mirror images of each other statistically. Vegas typically gives 3 points to the home team and I think the line is currently 4 points to LSU. So Vegas sees this as even as well.
This is the last home game for the LSU seniors and I think they will be ready to play. It is going to be a good game I believe and whoever has the ball last might just decide the winner.

lsuseaux is favored by a TD (I think).
Anything goes when these two teams play.

I would actually be dissapointed if either team blew the other out of the water, I honestly think its very evenly matched. As long as the rebs dont turn it over like they have in every loss, they get the win. Rebs defense has more experience and want this win big time.
