future seasons

Postby kwack » Wed Nov 05, 2008 5:12 pm

i have it from good sources that due to the volume of negative comments to the DWFP MR sam polles has assured a friend that we will not have to face the dilemma of having to decide whether or not we will hunt on Thanksgiving and Christmas in the coming seasons. seems the message got through. a vote for families.

Ole Osama caint outlaw chit!! Congress is the one that does that, Osama would just be a final approval, and if he didn't approve it, he could actually still be overriden and it could be done anyway, so he aint the one to worry about.

PS. I definitly AINT and I said AINT standing behind or even anywhere near that Ni.. um... Near Obama, Osama, Hussein, whatever the hell you want to call it....um him!!

Are you serious with this statement? If someone has a "dilemma" because they can't decide if they want to spend the holidays with their family or go hunting because the season is OPEN, then they are the ones with the issue, not me! That is about as stupid as it comes right there!!! If your family complains because you went hunting during hunting season instead of spending time with them, then that is an issue that needs to be taken up at home, not with the MDWFP!

Will the MDWFP start offering marriage counselling now instead of hunter safety courses?

AMEN, PREACH ON BROTHER!!! MDWFP needs to stick to hunting and hunting seasons and NOT worry about the family aspect!!! What about the people who don't really have a family? Someone whose family lives a really long way away and have no kids or even have kids, and love enjoy a good day of hunting together as their holiday???? Guess they didn't think about that huh????

I'm not as much worried about the season being open on the holidays as i am about it not having any splits. That's just dumb and will have negative impacts on the birds.
