Poor man lease,
I have found a small lease west of Belzoni that I would love to get. I am looking for a few people to go in on the lease. PM me for info.

1. The price will be $500 per person. (Cash in hand).
2. Price will cover land and water.
3. The lease has three fields, timber whole, and 8 acres of un-cut beans.
4. Lease will not be hunt 7 days a week.
5. Lease has catfish ponds all around it.
6. There is one sled blind on the lease.
7. I do know some hunting history.
