I have a house in Valley Park that a friend and I bought a couple of years ago. We have been hunting public land and have kept up a small lease each year. We are looking to buy a small piece of land within an hours drive or less. Maybe near Rolling Fork, Mayersvillle or somewhere in the area. We are looking for fifty acres or less and don't really care if it was a field or a slough just something that will hold water w/o a ton of work. Anyone ever hear of small tracts for sale? Or does anyone know of an agent that I could contact that may be able to put us on the right track? Any help would be apppreciated, please pm me with responses.
