Here is what I would do. I would find out exactly all of the party involved. Then I would order free magazine subscriptions of the filthiest stuff I could think of and send it in your buddies names to their neighbor's address. I second putting the stink bait behind the vent covers in the house. Take a while to figure it out and find. You can also take plastic forks and stick all in the yard, they don't go away until you pick em up.
