Who in the past has had there either reasonably priced or free (because of long time relationship), hunting spots jerked out from under them because of some slippery broker some high dollar doctor with more money than sense decided that they should be hunting "your" spot..
Hell, we might as well list names and te such.

I understand folks getting bent out of shape on losing leases to those with more money (in MS it seems like physicians more than most), but don't hate a guy because he is successful. That is the same BS that Obama is about to win the election on.
I find it hypocritical that people get angry at doctors and such leasing and buying up hunting land. Guess what, if you had the money you would do it to, just like I would if I had the money. If I had the money, I would be a member of the biggest, nicest camp in the Delta, but I don't. However, I don't have distain for someone who can afford it. They are either smarter than me, have worked harder than me or have wealth through no fault of their own (born with it) or perhaps just caught a lucky break that we all hope to catch someday.
Obviously, if unethical behavior is involved in acquiring a lease, that is a different story. The moral of that story is to get everything in writing, that way it is defensible in court.
