I just bought some yesterday...And from what I read they just send you a new pair. And charge you $50 but that was a broke lens...Don't know how much this will cost you

Re: Costas...
Call Costa and tell them of your problem. They will have you ship them and all you pay is the shipping. They will completely repair them for you. I have done it twice.
Sure beats the price of a new pair.

Re: Costas...
well this si the second time they have broken and i was gonna send them back the first time but they were wanting to charge me over 100 dollars to repair them so i found someone i knew that coudl get them done for free but he no longer works there.....so dont let costa fool you on this warranty crap it will not cover broken lens broken frame or anything like that, cause they say you are to blame for these problems.... only thing they warranty is manufacturer defect.... so basically that life time warranty is crap because they consider a manufacture defect something you see wrong with them in the first few days

Craziest thing i called a friend of mine to see if he knew somewhere. So i called him and asked him what he was doing and he said he was at the store getting some new costas cause he just busted his lenses. I was like this is wierd i just broke my frames on mine and thats what i was calling you about so he bought new ones and gave me his old frames cause our glasses were the exact same. So im just going to put my lenses in these frames.(WIERD)But thanks guys

You can just go to there website and fill out a repair form and ship them and they will send them back to you. I have done it several times. They are really good about it.

Re: Costas...
They have always been great to me.............sent a 3 year old pair to them because the glass was changing color and they fixed them free of charge......
A lifetime warrenty doesnt cover busted lenses or frames.....that is not a manufacture defect......they are in business to make money and if they fixed all that.............well......
