Anyone hunt out of Millenium lock ons???????

Postby Bigpoppa » Sat Sep 20, 2008 5:21 pm

Do any of you have a millenium lock on. I saw the bracket concept and bought a bunch of steps and extra brackets. Anyone else do this???? Hope it works out.

Yes, I have two stands, and six brackets/steps. It is the bomb, and the most comfortable lock on I have ever sat in.

I think that also. Do you ever have issues with your receiver cam brackets sliding on the tree????

Not as of yet. Once you put them on and then flip them over they are on there some kinda good!

Agreed, just don't fall asleep. It's that comfy...
Why is my mouth so dry this morning, when I drank so much last night?

Best stand out there....I put a ratchet strap on the bottom of it though..I've had the bottom move on me, once you put the ratchet on the bottom it's not gonna move. I do wish they'd make it where the bracket is connected to a heavy ratchet that you could just ratchet tight to the tree instead of having to flip the block over, it can be a pain in the booty sometimes...it would be a lot easier and would have no chance of moving.

I have several brackets for a couple of them... I just leave the brackets in the "honey hole" trees and put the stand in the garage. It is the best way to go.... wish I hade about 10 more stands.

no doubt about it the best stand out there. i have brackets here in TN, back home in ARk, and up in Ill. makes it so easy knowing that the sticks and bracket are their and you can just hunt where the wind dictates. does anyone have a bowholder mounted on their stand. i cant find one that will fit it.

I wish they would do away with the chain myself, as my club does not allow stands to be fastened to the tree with chains. I cut the chain off my bracket and use ratchets on the top and bottom, it doesent move at all.

I am in the early stages of what we are calling "operation millenium deer killin ambush". Me and Tdog have got about 5 or six sets of sticks several brackets and we look to have a few more by weeks end. We are getting the hang of the lock on deal. I beleive tis is going to open up spots to hunt that we werent able to when we were restricted to climbers. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehawwwwwwwww!!!!!!! :D :D :D

We sell a millenium brand bow holder for the stand...it's like 10-15 bucks
