Week 2

Did not lose quite as much this week but still losing. Started at 252
Week 1 loss=7lbs
Week 2 loss=5lbs
=12lbs so far

It's likely the 7 pounds was just stored body mass that went away quickly. Now it might be more of a trimming lose. Depending how your working out will effect certain parts of the body. You want a good general workout that way you effect various parts of the body.

congrats, i "feel" like i'm losin some but my scales a little iffy and is blocked by a large mass of fatty tissue :oops: right now i'm somewhere between 230& 240. lookin for a solid 215 by duck season

4dawgma, mine is 210 by Christmas. Start posting up with me on Wednesdays so we can keep up. I will be quite honest, I have never met most of ya'll but consider alot of people on here as friends. And some days my motivation to work out has been not having to tell ya'll I gained. I am weighing on doctor scales to keep it right.

I just did all of my weed eating Sunday. It is called KillzAll and a sprayer!!! I bought a brand new stihl this year and have not used it much.

I have cut my portions down by alot!! But added in an extra afternoon snack. Trying to stay somewhere around 1000 calories a day. And lots of pushups and situps.
