PRIVATE PROPERTY
If they choose to report........here come the man.......
Explain please? Are you saying you have to have a part of your handgun showing? Let me reiterate this, CONCEALED MEANS CONCEALED not being a douche canoe and flashing it so people know you are armed. This does not mean you have a handgun hidden but a magazine on your opposite hip..don't wear the shoot-me-first vest that all too many photographers and asian freaking tourist wear. Why not get a good holster, good belt, and good cover garment and go about your business not worrying about what wally world or mcdonalds employee you scare? If you are carrying CONCEALED and somehow it is seen, you know a shirt rides up kid pulls your shirt up, then they are welcome to ask you to leave politely, "The Man" is welcome to check out what you are carrying, your permit, etc and they are able to ask you to leave as to not cause a disturbance but UNLESS there is a readable sign at every entrance to the place saying firearms are prohibited or you are in a federal building, school, church, or other prohibited areas as outlined by state law you have done nothing wrong and they can threaten, do whatever but you will be in a good position to defend your case. I am no lawyer, cop, priest, banker, teacher, or presidential nominee but I do know that the laws are written out on paper for all to see and unless they are on the paper they are not necessarily correct. I have been told you can't have a pistol in a truck owned/driven by a person under 21, check the laws it reads as long as you are over 18 you can have a firearm concealed in whole or part anywhere in the vehicle, your home, or private business.
Anyways take that for what it's worth and this was not a personal attack just a rant!
