I had a 1980 Elcamino on propane for about 3 years it was cheap back then but I don;t know if you will save anything now. If your vehicle gets 20 mpg on gas it will 10 on propane and you don't have the same power either.
I knew you were part of the El Cameno Crew.

Back on topic, aren't there some countries that require their cars to run on propane? I think I read or saw somewhere that in some South American countries they have propane stations like we have gas stations.
Nobody owes you anything.

Re: Propane
There is a place in Jax that will put a propane system on for about $5000. The name of the place is Moulden supp. (#(601) 922-4611) . The system I talked to them about was Gas and Propane so it can use either.
