Sounds to me like it is a backpressure problem. Do you have aftermarket exhaust? If so your motor isn't getting enough back pressure and it makes it run kind of lean-like. You need to take it and have them look at the muffler bearings and see if they are worn out. It can make it misfire like you said due to the motor running a bit lean. My motorcycle did it, but it had a carb. and it was an easy fix.

No chit lol. Thanks for all the replies. Seriously think it's a bad coil/plug. Hope it is anyway.
