have been gone the past few days to Jackson... got to eat dinner with Gov. Musgrove and Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck on Friday... suppose to be a continueing education seminar for judges, but in reallity was a sad singing, slow marching discussion about the economy.. was about as depressing as the trip to New York... hope things don't get as bad as predicted... anyway, the Quack Shack is paid for and unless a high-jacker targets the shack, i have a place to stay....ha.. about ready to home-stead the bottom for a few months anyway....
i have decided to cancell court in Dec. because of Christmas, and cancel court in Jan. because everyone is broke... looks like i might just have to hunt ducks them two months... ain't life something?

good to hear from you Scooter... i have Dry Creek under control... the gal is still held with-out bond and bound for the grand-jury.... them folks is safe as of now... with so many idiots in this world, it is no way to guarantee safety for all. come see me at the shack.... some big meat is waitin on the grill.... will probably rough it out at the Shack this year as i did last year... no big trips planned as of yet...kinda like it at home.... take care my friend,
