Waterfowler how long did it take you to kill all those hybrids? I haven't been duck hunting real long (9 years) but i have never even seen one dead.

I've been duck hunting since 1961. Killed a lot of Mallard/Black hybrids back home in East Tennessee. Generally average about 1 hybrid of some kind every two years. However I hunt about 150 days a year in the States and Canada for Waterfowl.

I am jealous Pat. I'll be lucky to get in 20 days this year.

Doesn't that waterfowl hunting get in the way of turkey hunting!

  Thankfully most waterfowl hunting in other countries isn't till the summer here when Turkey season is over, thankfully. It's a quick transition going from Ducks to Spring Geese to Turkeys to Argentina. Will probably get tired of it in twenty more years! :D

Can you make this a sticky so when the season rolls around we can have refrences to all the weird ducks shot  . No joke it seems as though every year there are more and more hybrids or crossed dressed hermaphordite ducks that get killed and people need to have a way to identify them
