most people who have a Miken don't get rid of it unless they are buying a new model.

I might still have a Synergy if that interests you.

Not sure if you play and what league you play in, but the Miken Freak is illeagal in some leagues. You may want to double check it. If you play in USSSA, you can go on their website and see what bats are illegal.

Just a little bit of info on the Miken Freak - there are two different models - the 98 and the 100!

100 is the best model, but you can no longer "legally" play with this bat if you are playing with ASA regulations. I bought a Freak 98 when they came out and it never got that "pop" that i was looking for. BUt some people still like them, but they are not anything more special than other composite bats that are made by Easton, Worth, or Demarini. I personally started using a lighter DeMarini bat b/c i could swing it faster and thus hit it harder. Just personal preference though...

Just a FYI for all yall softball gurus. I play ball 3 nights a week & on the weekends as well so I am pretty savy on the bats. Not talkn to an idiot here just was looking for one locally.

jestridg, i did some looking and see the someone with the signon of trojans10 has/had one not long ago. you might check with him,if you still get on that site. all of the others were not local but, i think he is down south ms.

You may also check with play it again sports, they carried used bats last time I went in... My only problem with buying used is that the bats tend to deaden after so many hits so you could possibly be buying a dud.
