Being in GA

Postby jsherwin » Fri Apr 25, 2008 1:48 pm

Thanks everyone for supporting the Grand guys.
I left at 3 a.m. Thursday after 3 hours of sleep and sick as a dog.
I arrived to meet a group of people I was invited to train with.
How they got this lucky is beyond me. We trained on some water that has to be the best water I have ever run a test on or ever trained on. It is on 600 acres south of town. I went trough the front gate of this place crossed a big wheat field into some trees and about 50 yards into some big timber ole “TOM’ steps out. Paint brush I tell ya. There were turkeys everywhere. The guy that guided us around is a veterinarian and killed a 160 class buck on it this past year. We got done and went to the Doc’s house to clean our dogs off in his lake. He says I caught a few 10 pounders the other day. BS, right. Heck naw, I fished the rest of the day. I caught some huge blue gill and a few nice bass on an ultra light. Today was some singles and off to fishing again. The lake is pretty clear and I saw some HOGS. The only problem is I’m about to caught a lung up and had to get some meds called in. I hope I’s get to feeling better. I got a shot last Thursday that lasted about 4 days. Told the doc he may have to shut me back up with some doggy meds.

Madison, GA; is ranked #1 in small towns. Absolutely beautiful. I rode around for a little while in the country and some few towns west and south of here. Man, it’s beautiful.
The house may be for sell when I get home.
But if I went to Colorado, North Tenn., or several other destinations I probably would say the same thing.

Just by judging the land and what I’ve seen so for it could get very interesting. Big land, of course no one has seen the water yet but I got a good idea. Weather is coming in tonight, tomorrow and Sunday. Could get very interesting indeed!

I hope everyone here does great. Will try to keep posted.

Off to the handlers meeting with ½ of a lung.
Never had it so good!
