duck season?

O-kay I can't stand it any more. Does any body know the dates of duck season for this year? Some of us have to put in for vacation.

Have heard that there will be a liberal season again this year since the duck numbers are up. I think final call will be made with in the next two weeks for all flyways for what kind of restraints on their season, then the states will start working on setting their season dates.

Anatidae, does this mean the season will extend thru the 31st ? Or should I say, could possibly extend thru the 31st.

With the liberal season framework recommended, and the season extension to end of Jan recommended, I would expect pretty much the same season dates as last year, with season ending on that last Sat. in Jan. and most likely starting around thanksgiving.

Wouldnt that give us about a 5 day longer season than last year ?

Didnt season end on the 26th last year ?

5 extra days last year, would have sweetened the season considerably, in my opinion.
