Delta Duck on Outdoor Life Channel!!!

Postby ScottS » Mon Jul 07, 2003 10:07 am

Gentlemen -

I wanted to give all of you a heads-up on Delta Duck (David M) being featured in A Dog's Life with Jameson Parker. They filmed a hunt with David last December and they had an awesome shoot with a Boykin Spaniel doing the dirty work. The show will air this Wednesday (July 9th) at 4:30 p.m. and then again on Sat (July 12th) at 1:00 p.m. I believe these may be eastern time so check your local listing.

Sounds good.

Hey, DD. I didn't know you and Mr. Parker were buddies. ;)

I've seen a copy of the show and it is awesome! If you think my post will make his head swell up just wait until you hear Jameson Parker's commentary on the quality of the hunt! If I didn't know better, I would think David paid Mr Parker a LOT of money to say those nice things.

Seriously, the show is well done and David had a great day of shooting. I guess it was one of those times that you dream about when hunting in the Delta. Too bad I missed out on that hunt!

Rip Em,

You got a deal. I've carried the camera before (for the kids) and it sure didn't bring me any ducks in over there with Delta Duck. I think he saves those honey holes for the important folks, like Buck&Billy and Jameson Parker. :D

I sold my dog to Harden and now it is a hated dog because it stole Gulf Coasts favorite hat. 8)

We did have a good hunt, the early morning was locked up tight. By 10am them birds really started working. Mr. Parker is a great person and gentelman. I said I would not do another show after dealing with Ducks with Buck.

Chris Dorsey and Orion multimeadia are some good people to deal with!

YUP.......I've seen it. Definately worth cutting short a Saturday outing to watch. And ole DD don't save the honey holes for the big shots!! I know.
Also, if Hardens' dog stole the boonie hat that GC was wearin' in those "limit" pics.....he did him a favor. the Smilin' INJUN

Hey Delta,

By any chance, was ol' Big Llyod with you? Did he tell Mr Parker about hunting up on a "brickway"? :D

I'll be sure to tune in and watch it. Now my wife will believe me when I say I've been to the delta hunting with some "good old boys." She thought that I just hung out at the casino's all this time!

Take care!

Hey ScottS....I heard they are trying to raise the drinking age in Alabama to 30. They want to start a program to keep alcohol out of the high schools!

It wouldn't bother me in the least if they did that. I'm well past 30 and from Mississippi.

They are already putting the drivers license in stages now here in Bama.
