White River
White River
My fishing trip has been pushed back til the end of May but I can't wait that long. I want to do a trip in April but need more people for the room. Anybody want to go? I've got two for sure, and two maybe. This is where I generally stay but there are other places.http://www.norforkriverresort.com/. I like to leave thurs morning but I think on this trip we'll leave Fri morning/midday. If we want to make a short trip we could go to the Little Red but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.http://www.lobolandingresort.com/ Anybody in?

Dawgma, If you are going to the White let me recomend a place for you to check out while you are there. Its Gastons Resort located about three miles below Bull Shoals dam. If you have never stayed there it would be well worth your while to check it out. It is one of the top trout resorts in the country and a very peaceful place for just relaxing. They have their own airport and first class restaurant right over the river. The greatest thing is they have about two miles of river frontage with some of the best holes on the river. I've been going there for the last forty plus years.

Boy that brings back some memories. We used to take a trip e very year to the Norfork/White and camp at Reds landing. We would catch 1 to 2lbs trout all day long. Mostly Rainbow a few Cutthroat and a few Brown trout boy we would have a good time.

You aint been hunting till you been river huntin
